JB games not being mounted, JB games not being converted to ISO and ISO games not being extracted

All this on a SuperSlim running PS3HEN 3.0.3 on HFW 4.88, using ManaGunz v1.40 and games stored on a USB 3.0 1TB external HDD (Toshiba Canvio), all dumps made by me and checked with redump.

First set of issues is related to JB format games, they are not mounted by ManaGunz and if I wanted to convert them to ISO I get the following error:

For ISO format games, the situation is similar, when I try to extract the ISO I get the following error:

I tried to get logs but I couldn't find any log file for ManaGunz after enabling that feature in global settings, I'd gladly get logs if you could tell me how to.
