[FR] Add option to scroll through files using the right stick in file manager.

Well, this is more of a suggestion rather than a FR. Using the right stick for scrolling would match the default behavior of the PS3 browser, and thus would avoid confusion arising from muscle memory (moving windows could be relegated to the arrow buttons, maybe except when holding x over the window title bar). A toggle could perhaps be better for people who prefer the current behavior.
