Explicit FTP over TLS

Is it possible for filecharger to connect to FTP with TLS? As things stand, the installation is not accepting FTP account details since we changed the hosting FTP setup to TLS.

I don't have time to write a proper fix for this, but you can try replacing ftp_connect in ftpsession.lib.php with ftp_ssl_connect
