i can't buy in Marnie and Robin

When I try to buy from Robin or Marnie who redirects me to the farm, I simply can't move, leave, or buy, the screen stays stuck. Does anyone know how to solve it?

its a smapi bug, use touch to move feature only on the settings (this means there should be no on screen buttons nor dpad appearing on your screen cause this causes the bug) when buying animals to your farm, building from robin and donating in the museum.

as far as I know it doesn't include console commands, to view your log entirely you just have to zoom in your character before opening console.
