I'm trying to grant internal permission but every time I press grant I can't find the Zane folder ps I'm using solid explorer
Are you using Android 13? You might have to gain perrmissions first. Try following this guide and let me know if it works https://droidwin.com/how-to-access-android-13-data-and-obb-folder-transfer-files-in-them/
It didn't work The my files can't be disabled

I somehow have it working on Android 13 with cx file explorer on my phone but I can't remember how I did it. I tried installing solid explorer to see and I can't get it to work right now either. I thought I had to disable the default file app. I'll post back if I get it working.
