There are alot of people that are having issues getting permissions to access folders on Android 13. I can only tell you what worked for me or you can check the other posts. I used CX File Explorer and navigated to the Android/data/com.chucklefish.stardewvalley folder and clicked on use this folder to enable permissions. Same with com.zane.stardewvalley.
