Minimum requirement for Monomod(aka Harmony)

Pls fix android compatibility with harmony if it's ok and possible so framework mods won't crash. Thanks! I'm using Android 5.1

It depends on your kernel version, usually it is compatible with Android 6 or above, partial of Android 5.1, not compatible with Android 5.0 or below
