Smapi 3.7.6.7 and SDV 1.4.5.145

This is what happened when I tried to start SDV 1.4.5.145 on smapi 3.7.6.7 , I don't know what going on, if anyone tell me what going on ? Did I do wrong ?

I think you should try to install the latest SMAPI version
