Kindle fire SMAPI premissions

I need help installing SMAPI on new Kindle Fire. It will not run keeps saying needs permission and still won't run SMAPI. Can anyone help?

I can't help but I have this problem too. Did you manage to find a way to fix it?

If it's the modded game, it might need storage permissions to read the mod files. If you go Settings >> Apps >> SMAPI Stardew Valley >> Permissions try enabling anything there. If there is nothing there you could try using ADB to do so. The commands would be adb shell pm grant com.zane.stardewvalley android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE and adb shell pm grant com.zane.stardewvalley android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE At least, I think.
