There is No Tab Lock

If you spam the tab key to tab in/out of combat you do not get "locked out". I do not know the specific numbers of the amount of spam/duration of the lockout but that is the case nonetheless.

''Tab/combat lock'' duration is 2 seconds and lock you from using peace mode / war mode for that amount of time.

I believe it occure when entering peace mode and changing to war mode or vice verca 4 times in a row under a 0.30 seconds delay (approximately)
