Revise resolution controlling code.

The current resolution controlling code is not optimal - it could quite possibly lead to serious errors. This needs to be significantly revised.

If you raise resolution (eg: from 800x600 to 1200x960) and exit from the game && re-enter, reopening the client, the window is mis-placed and half the screen is not visible, there is no way to fix this, until you delete the file settings.cfg && the backup one, I think the GAME window is not centered correctly.
