Firefox stops receiving events

When running two instances of the plugin and closing one of them, the other instance appears to stop receiving events in Firefox, but this doesn't happen in Chrome. I imagine this is likely causing by something like releasing the PenAPI object when an instance is stopped (maybe). Will investigate.

I can confirm this bug.

I'm running Iceweasel (Firefox) 22.0 with KDE 4.8.4 on Debian 7.0 'Wheezy' (amd64).
