Create pyproject.toml

[Pyro57000]

added a pyproject.toml file this way you can install this tool with pipx (the better way to install python hacking tools)

after this is merged you can do

pipx install git+https://zamanry/iker

to install it

to test installation from my repo it would be

pipx install git+https://pyro57000/iker
