[FEAT.] : Publish BSManager to the winget package repository

Problem

I like using winget, Microsoft's package installer CLI. It makes installing apps easier. So, I'd like to suggest publishing BSManager to the winget package repository.

If you decide to go ahead with this suggestion, please also add the .net runtime as a dependency. Winget lets you define dependencies that get installed with your package, so doing this will remove the extra step of manually installing .net.

@Zagrios I noticed BSManager was published to winget 17 days ago under the Zagrios.BSManager ID 🥳. Thanks for publishing it! I hope it isn't too much trouble to remind you about adding the .NET requirement as I mentioned in the initial post.
