Enhancement Request: Persistent Form Input for Improved User Experience

Fantastic tool, appreciate it!

I've employed it to reverse conflicting changesets, especially in cases where comments remained unanswered for an extended period. It would be fantastic if the form could retain my previous inputs for comments and auto-discussion, saving me from typing the same generic text repeatedly.

A straightforward local storage implementation would suffice for me, at least for the time being.
