Relatify ignoring selected ways, resulting in "Some stops are not reached"

I am trying to map a bus route in my local area known as the MN1. However, Relatify is refusing to use some of the ways I have selected to reach one of the stops on the route, instead complaining that "some stops are not reached". I mapped the mini-roundabout the bus uses to turn around at the problematic stop as a way and it still won't go there. One thing to note is that Relatify handles the much more complicated one way system in the town centre perfectly fine, so it seems a bit strange that this spur causes so much trouble.

Mapping the roundabout flares on the main N2/N12 roundabout (bottom-left) may fix the issue, but multiple relations pass through the roundabout so doing so is difficult.
