Could you write which browser, which version and which os you are using?

I've reproduced it; the issue is present when the overlay is turned on with full opacity.

Oh okay. So it is not rendered behind the globe but behind the overlay.

I wonder if there's a way for labels to have higher priority than all other layers. The overlay overlays the base layer, and if at full opacity, nothing passes through.
