Associate changeset hashtags with a link

When there is a coordinated mapping activity in the changesets, hashtags are commonly written. However, the hashtags are not very useful. Instead, one can do mapping analyses or get campaign information.

Let's suppose this:

The first hashtag could be associated with the following link: https://tasks.hotosm.org/projects/17360. The other hashtags are related to JP Morgan Chase and an activity called Employee Appreciation Week. These tags could be associated with this link: https://www.jpmorganchase.com/newsroom/stories/why-are-we-mapping-missing-maps.

I would suggest having an option where hashtags are associated with a link.

Or, create a page that groups all changesets with the same hashtag and then posts the external links there.

I would be surprised if #randomhashtag would link to external website.
