Tags formatting overhaul (opening hours, wikipedia preview, etc.)

part of #44 I believe new users on OpenStreetMap often struggle with reading tags while browsing the map. My suggestion is to improve the formatting and presentation of almost all tags, such as displaying opening hours more clearly, adding a phone number alongside a phone icon, or showing a preview of the first paragraph of a Wikipedia article. This would be similar to what OsmAnd or Organic Maps offer, but without requiring the user to download an app.
