http://localhost/install/process.php freeze / blank page

I've recently tried to setup a game server but ran into the following issue:

Step 2: http://localhost/install/process.php is showing blank, I've double checked everything and I don't see why would this happen.

Also in DevTools I don't see any request made after clicking next in step 1... any idea?
