White lines in reader

I sometimes get these sharp, 1-pixel wide lines in the reader. The lines kind of follow the contour of the image when I pan or zoom, but the left and right sides of it stay in the same position. I'm not 100% sure what causes them, but from my experience:

• The lines are never present when the reader is first opened.
• Lines can appear when images are smaller than the window. In those screenshots, the manga is 1200 pixels tall, and the window is over 1300. I think this is required for this bug.
• Lines appear after the window loses focus. If I click out of the window, then click back on the manga image, then press the left or right arrow keys, the lines appear.
• Lines sometimes appear after pressing shift. Sometimes if I press shift, then press the left or right arrow keys, the lines appear. (I have Yomitan bound to shift, but this happens even when I disable the extension)
• Clicking on the left or right to change pages makes the lines disappear.
• Opening the settings menu makes the lines disappear.
• Clicking on the manga image itself, without changing pages, does NOT makes the lines disappear.
