Exception when opening

With the latest version 1.5.0 running on Win10, I get an exception when I try to open a PDF w/ embedded XML or a XML file, apparently slightly different depending upon the type (version) of the (embedded) XML:

Opening a plain PDF (i.e. without embedded XML) works fine.

De-installing and re-installing didn't help.
