Add the ability to set an exact size and position for objects

For example I want an image of 300x450 with a circle of 60x65 pixels in the center and a square of 70x25 centered vertically and touching the right border I would like to be able to do that with this tool

@pescamillam: Is this an MS Paint feature? I am not opposed to the idea, but I am not sure how you envision it fitting into the PaintZ interface.
