剪枝减少了参数量和计算量，如果速度瓶颈不在这里，就不会有速度提升。该项目没有对层剪枝，只对通道剪枝，对层剪枝改变了网络结构，影响比较大。

数据格式都是一样的，很容易配置训练文件
