Feature Request: Dumb Enemy/Enemy attack turn skip

is it possible to add a feature where enemy becomes dumb and they dont attack while in a battle. i mean like thier Turn is skipped everytime.

Another thought: Can you reduce the resistance of enemies, making them more susceptible to freezing or to other special statuses
