Support for SIGNALIS [tested, working]

Honestly shocked it worked without issue, naming everything correctly. Recovered my 2 year old save held hostage by gamepass.

Game does require console usage to disable save encryption to load the saves, then re-save with encryption, but that's out of the scope of this tool. Something for users to be aware of, which is mentioned on multiple tutorials for save conversion from UWP.

Just saw the program got an update a couple weeks ago but is missing numerous game supports provided in issues since the last update. Sad.

Renaming title to differentiate from requested support. I can't make a pull request for this stuff.
