新增功能请求

1、显示手动创建的Lightsail服务器 2、地区扩展…… 3、类型能显示出每月价格……

1.正常的话可以显示所有的实例，但是我手上暂时没有aws号，所以一直没测试 2.因为太懒了一直懒得弄，有空弄一下 3.感觉没什么必要，又不是whmcs插件之类的，没有购买功能
