opening new tab in Firefox selects URL, not search bar

when I open a new tab and the extension appears, the URL is selected instead of the search bar

This seems to be a Firefox specific issue https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1415860 The workaround I was able to find only works in Chrome for now.

Released version 3.1 with workaround that will work in Chrome, and in FF when they'll fix the bug I mentioned. You can try pressing them somehow if you really need this feature. Not much I can do from my side
