packaging: use releases instead of cloning the invidious' repo

starting with https://github.com/iv-org/invidious/releases/tag/v2.20240427, invidious releases are back

so we could simplify the package by using them instead of cloning the repo

i'm not planning to do it, as i'm currently tired, but i open this issue so if someone want to do it, they have the info ^w^
