maxNumberOfItems per media type

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, one can only set maxNumberOfItems for the entire library configuration. It would be great if we can apply such constraint per data type. In my use case I need to allow the user to select multiple photo BUT if the user selects a video they can only select one.

@lucaslupo This definitely sounds like a valid use-case. Dunno when we'd have time for this though (lots of issues atm). Would you be willing to take a crack at it through a PR ?
