#42 does the following:

• i18n hooks and imports for the non-embedded part of the map view
• i18n hooks and imports for the non-embedded part of the Mona view
• An additional i18n hook for a missed section of the Edit Artifact view
• Updated a key that had been changed in the code but not the en JSON and therefore was not being used.
• Lastly, added some missing English translations

#43 is somewhat unrelated to this as it involves documentation and not the app, however, I additionally updated and expanded this readme to more fully match the CN readme. I figured I'd mention it here since it's 'technically' translation work as well. :)
