Hi, my team is using yubi key 5 for authenticaor, at first, the "yubico authenticator" app is OK in my Xiaomi cellphone. I can add account, scan QR code, and view the authenticator code.

But from yesterday, when I try to add account in the app, I can not scan the QR code. after I click the "SCAN QR-CODE" button in the bottom, it displays error "camera dependency not yet available, please try later." Please see attach screen shot here.

The google GMS is running on my cellphone, any clues?

I have the same problem with my Oneplus 6T running on android 10. The f-droid build does not even open the camera screen and the play store version just shows a black screen like shown on the picture. Is this likely to get fixed? The last commit was back in 2019, wich is quiet unpromising.

Same problem here with Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro and Havoc Android 11 CFW. GMS installed too.

Hello everyone, thanks for reporting this issue with QR Scanner in Yubico Authenticator.

The currently published release 2.0.0 uses deprecated Mobile Vision API which is no longer maintained and is the most probable cause of these issues.

We are currently developing a new version of the app which will fix this issue. As a workaround for now, you can use the “Manual entry” option, or use the desktop version of the app to add accounts.

Sorry for the late response. The development of the app moved to https://github.com/Yubico/yubioath-flutter. We have released a new version of the app where the QR Scanner should be working as expected. We welcome all feedback in the new repository.
