YubiKey C Bio - FIDO Edition is not recognized by YubiKey Personalization Tool.

$ ykpersonalize
Yubikey core error: no yubikey present
$ ykman list --serials
17215529

This behavior was also true in YubiKey Personalization Tool (GUI). image YubiKey 4 is recognized by YubiKey Personalization Tool.

$ ykpersonalize
USB error: unknown error
$ ykman list --serials
6481638

The verification environment is as follows ・macOS Monterey Version 12.1 (Chip: Apple M1 Max) ・YubiKey Personalization Tool Version 1.20.0

I just experienced this bug. If you have OTP disabled, the personalization tool doesn't work.
