Key is not fully recognized on coldplug

The key is not fully recognized on coldplug, like inserting it for the first time after boot or in a fresh session. See the error in the attached screenshot.

The only solution is to re-insert the key or run "sudo udevadm trigger", then the error message is gone and the key is attributes are displayed.
