Windows 1909, must restart Yubikey Manager?

I've noticed if I make any changes (adjusting interfaces enabled) or try to switch keys, I have to restart the application to see the changes. e.g.: I had FIDO disabled. I wanted to turn it back on. Enabled it, Save interfaces, app would refresh the key. FIDO would still showing as unchecked.

But if restart the app (do not need to remove the key), the changes are reflected. It seems to behave the same way whether I run as admin or not. And both my YubiKey 5 NFC and 5C do this.
