Documentation outdated or endpoint moved?

Hi trying to setup MFA with Shibboleth using the following steps: https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/SHIB2/Multi+Factor+Login+Handler

But it seems that http://www.yubico.com/2011/shibboleth/idp does not exist resulting in the following error:

10:35:23.722 - ERROR [edu.internet2.middleware.shibboleth.common.config.BaseService:188] - Configuration was not loaded for shibboleth.HandlerManager service, error creating components.  The root cause of this error was: java.net.MalformedURLException: unknown protocol: class path

Any hint how we work around this issue?

That endpoint does definately not exist (and haven't for a very long time) though is that error really from that? It gives a MalformedURLException which it doesn't seem to be..

A word of caution: this project is more or less unmaintained

I don't know why the error is thrown i'm not a java engineer, so if this is a unmaintained project are there MFA / Shibboleth projects that are being maintained at the moment?
