Introduce "Getting Started" top level category.

This category should have a common section, and then a device specific sections.

What these should do is provide step by step guides as to what (and how) to do when a user wishes to setup a new YubiKey.

Off the top of my head, the most important points would be how to set the PIN, Admin PIN and Reset codes.
