Add in support for the 5Ci via the USB-C connector for Android.

Existing: The Yubico Authenticator app lets you read OATH codes from your YubiKey over NFC, or over USB (via a USB on-the-go adapter or by directly connecting a YubiKey 4C to a phone with a USB-C port).
