Rerooting create polytomy at root where none exists.

Hey Everyone,

I really love the way that ggtree can make trees look, but I am really struggling to try and reroot trees in a way that stays true to the data. When creating a ggtree based on an iqtree generated tree, I reroot but then ggtree shows the root as being a polytomy which is innaccurate. I will attach pictures from both ggtree and figtree where you can see that figtree does not have this problem. Is there a way to fix this?

Thanks, Tanner
