feature: ggrepel-style placement of inset annotations

Hi, the inset feature is a great way of richly annotating trees but, in my opinion, it suffers from overlap of the annotations whenever a tree has a branch consisting of short edges. This might be perhaps addressed by implementing a ggrepel-like placement of annotations and with segment lines connecting the annotation fields to the annotated branches/nodes.
