ggtreescale in display SNP

Open TseWue opened this issue 4 years ago • 1 comments

Hello

I have been creaating really cool plots with ggtree, thank you so much! The latest thing that I was asked to do is a SNP tree. I am wondering, if I have a tree file that is based on SNPs and use the ggtreescale() option, is the entity measured in SNPs or is it changes-per-length as with usual trees? Say, if I set width = 5, do I get the length of 5 SNP differences in the tree? If not, is there a way to display the number of SNP changes as scale?

Thank you for your answer. Best wishes!
