Hi Dr. Yu,

Thanks a lot for the nice package. I used it to plot my phylogenetic tree in my work. Currently, I have two trees plotted, one of them is grouped with the order of the species, the other is grouped by locations. I want to combine these two trees as one, either with color branch by species order and color species name by locations, or color branch and species name by species order, and then add another annotation based on the location (like heatmap). However, I tried many times with ggtree to plot it, and did not succeed. I would like to ask your advice/help with this, thanks a lot!
