visualization of cnetplot and emapplot

Dr. Guangchuang Yu,

I am facing the same issue with cnetplot and emapplot. I'm unable to see the edges. I did go through the support link https://support.rstudio.com/hc/en-us/articles/200488548-Problem-with-Plots-or-Graphics-Device:. I tried decreasing the plotting area. But the issue still persists. I really would like to have the cnetplot output for my work. Kindly help
