Fold Change enrichment

I have used the enrichGO function and I have obtained the object which contains Ontology, p.adjust and so on. The problem that I have is that when a category is p.adjust significative (<0.05) using "BH" (Benjamini-Hochberg) or fdr, it never has a Fold-Change (FC) column below 1 (negative enrichment). I have seen in many papers that they represent the GO category where there is a negative logFC. Is there a problem with this function? Thanks
