get "COVID-19" item in cancer sample

Hi

I'm using clusterprofiler package for KEGG enrichment for my RNA-seq data in cancer samples. there are 61 genes and my code for enrichment :

kegg_32 <- enrichKEGG(gene = gene_32$ENTREZID, organism = 'hsa', pvalueCutoff = 0.05) dotplot(kegg_32, showCategory=20)

I share this interesting event to my frient and find he also get the item "COVID-19“ when analysis the sample for human dental pulp stem cell.

I wonder if there is a preference in enrichment ? How can we get the item in our field ?
