Why do enrichGo and enrichKEGG have qvaluecutoff but not gseGO and gseKEGG?

I am wondering why qvaluecutoff option is only set for the ORA and not the GSEA in this package.

I would also like to know the answer to this. How is gseGO coded to deal with qvalues in the output?
