Hi,Y 叔： Your work is really excellent and i want to use it in all of my analysis. Now I have a matrix about GO analysis by other people, but i want use Clusterprofiler and enrichplot on the data. How can i change the form so that our packages can recognize and be used. Thank you. Yours Dan

I would recommend re-analyze the data using clusterProfiler.

Currently, we have no plan to extend enrichplot to support other software outputs.
