mp_diff_analysis with CoDA algorithms

Thanks for the great tool!

1. I want to use ANCOM-BC or AldEx2 and was wondering if there is a way to integrate them into the MicrobiotaProcess pipelines?
2. Can I convert an MPSE objects to another type? Like SummarizedExperiment, is there a way to do that?
