Describe you issue

I have readed some issue about the annotation lilke #2 , #23, #109 . I noticed someone always confuse the "annotation" cloumn and "geneId" column (including now me). In my opinion, the gene in "annotation" column and gene in "geneId" column not always match. So I was wondering whther can add a new column about the gene of "annotation" column.
