Figure 4 from the "shrinkage" paper

I am looking for the code which produced Figure 4 in the "Hierarchical Shrinkage" paper. I had hoped that 01_performance_curves.ipynb in the shrinkage folder was the right notebook for this, but there seems to be quite some mixing with the FIGS simulations ? (That notebook explores the number of rules)

It would be very helpful if you could provide the script/notebook which led to Figure4.
